Important: Use products only as directed and according to the instructions on the product label. Keep all scented products away from children and pets. If a product causes irritation or an adverse reaction, discontinue use.
Candle Use
- Always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant, level surface before lighting.
- Keep the candle away from drafts, fans, vents, open windows, and anything that could catch fire.
- Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch – 6 mm) before each use.
- On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface, while avoiding extended burn times.
- For subsequent burns, keep burn times to no more than 4 hours at a time.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep the candle away from children and pets.
- Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch (13 mm) of wax remains in the vessel to prevent overheating.
- Allow the vessel and wax to cool completely before moving, cleaning, or relighting.
Candle Safety
WARNING: Burn within sight. Keep away from things that catch fire. Keep away from children and pets.
- Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
- Never move a burning or recently extinguished candle.
- Never use water to extinguish a candle.
- Do not burn the candle if the vessel is cracked, chipped, or damaged.
- Do not use the candle with a lid or other object covering the flame unless specifically designed for that purpose.
- If the flame becomes excessively large, flickers continuously, or the vessel becomes unusually hot, extinguish the candle and allow it to cool completely.

Extinguishing Candles
Extinguish the candle using a candle snuffer or carefully blow out the flame. Allow the candle to cool completely before handling.

- Secure the diffuser according to the product’s intended installation method.
- Keep the diffuser upright during use to help prevent leaks or spills.
- If the product includes a fragrance bottle and wooden cap, remove only the designated seal before use and secure the cap as directed.

- Avoid direct contact with skin. Wash thoroughly with soap and water if contact occurs.
- If fragrance gets into the eyes, rinse cautiously with water.
- Keep the fragrance away from painted, plastic, leather, vinyl, wood, fabric, and other vehicle surfaces unless the product has been specifically tested and approved for that material.
- Clean up spills immediately to help prevent staining, discoloration, or surface damage.
- Do not leave a leaking or damaged diffuser in your vehicle.
- Keep away from excessive heat, direct sunlight, and ignition sources.
- Never leave the product where it could interfere with driving, visibility, airbags, controls, or other vehicle functions.

Carpet Deodorizer Use
- Vacuum the carpet thoroughly before application.
- Apply a light, even layer of product to the desired carpeted area.
- Allow the product to sit for the recommended amount of time stated on the product label.
- Vacuum the treated area thoroughly after the recommended dwell time.
- Do not intentionally inhale the product or create airborne dust.
- For best results, treat small areas first and follow the product-specific application directions.

WARNING: Keep away from children and pets. Avoid breathing dust.
- Keep children and pets away from treated areas until the product has been completely vacuumed up.
- Do not use on wet carpets or surfaces unless specifically directed.
- Do not apply to skin, clothing, furniture, bedding, or other surfaces unless the product is specifically intended for those materials.
- Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.

- Replace the reeds when they become saturated, dusty, or no longer effectively diffuse fragrance.

- Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash thoroughly with soap and water if contact occurs.

- Do not place the diffuser near open flames, sparks, heaters, or other sources of heat.
- Do not place the diffuser where it can be easily knocked over.

- Place wax melts only in an appropriate wax warmer designed for wax melts.

- Place the warmer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
- Allow wax to melt and fragrance to diffuse according to the warmer manufacturer’s directions.
- When not in use, turn the warmer off and allow the wax to cool completely.
- Remove spent wax only according to the warmer manufacturer’s instructions.
- Never add water or other liquids to melted wax unless specifically directed by the warmer manufacturer.
Wax Melt Safety
WARNING: Use only with an approved wax warmer. Keep away from children and pets.
- Never leave a wax warmer unattended while operating.
- Keep the warmer away from flammable materials, drafts, and sources of water.
- Do not touch melted wax or the warmer while hot.
- Do not move the warmer while wax is melted or the unit is hot.
- Do not overfill the wax warmer.
- Never consume wax melts or melted wax.
- Keep wax melts and melted wax away from children and pets.
- Discontinue use if the warmer, wax container, or wax melt becomes damaged.
- Follow all electrical and safety instructions supplied with the wax warmer.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your full name, contact info & order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the original packaging and shipping box
- Any other information we may request to evaluate the claim
Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or store credit. We reserve the sole right to determine whether a claim is approved.
Fraudulent Claims
